NanoSite provides an AI-powered website generation platform that creates professional websites for small and medium businesses. Our service includes:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
NanoSite is software for building and running your website or online store. To accept payments from your own customers, you connect your own account with a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe). You are the seller and merchant of record for every sale made through your store, and you are responsible for the products you sell, their fulfillment, customer service, refunds and taxes. Payments from your customers are processed by your payment provider and paid out to you directly. NanoSite does not process, hold or transmit those funds and does not charge a fee on your sales.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NanoSite and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content that you submit to us ("User Content"). When you upload or post User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
