Refund Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

1. All Payments Are Final

NanoSite subscriptions and one-time purchases are non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This includes:

  • Monthly and annual subscription fees, including renewals
  • Partial billing periods and unused time on an active plan
  • Downgrades, plan changes, and account closures part-way through a billing period
  • Discounted, promotional, and introductory prices

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to your plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

3. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a purchase and receive a refund (for example, a withdrawal period for online purchases), we will honor that right within the period and conditions the law sets.

4. Billing Errors

If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount.

5. Purchases Through Our Payment Providers

Depending on your country, your purchase is processed by PayPal or by Dodo Payments. When you pay through Dodo Payments, Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for the order, and its buyer terms also apply to it. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under section 3 or 4, email us from the address on your NanoSite account and include the date of the charge and the reason for your request. Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, so we can resolve it directly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
